2019 暑假行李放置申請公告
Summer time luggage stay application
1. 前言：請家住離島花東以外的業勤宿舍本國生務必請家長於6/21～6/23來業勤幫您把東西全部先載回家，以空出房間給暑假團體或其他宿舍的暑假住宿生使用，如有困難請在與業勤輔導老師討論。
2. 申請網址：Application Website:

3. 申請限制：大葉大學之業勤宿舍外籍學生、離島花東之本國生(如：金門、馬祖、澎湖、宜蘭、花蓮、台東)可將行李放置於暑假行李房，其他本國生的行李請各家長自行載回家，108-1開學入住前再載回各棟下學年宿舍。
4. 申請期限： 請盡快寫完畢。

5. 行李房的房號位置將依此調查結果於6月20日(星期四) 下午 15:00決定。
6. 行李房的外籍生離宿前，自己全部的東西需要放入衣櫃及自己的桌下或床上，衣櫃請勿上鎖，依過往經驗，上鎖的衣櫃等於告訴竊賊，裡面的東西很重要，反而更危險，且如果寒假中行李房出現異味，需要巡察來源時，也會直接開鎖。房間內的走道與角落則留給其他外籍生放置行李，原住行李房室友在填寫行李箱數時，只需略估。
7. 各樓層的行李房公告將在各樓層的107 Line 群組中陸續公告。
8. 注意事項：Attention
a. 請大家先準備好紙箱，以自己一個人抱得動為原則打包成一件，棉被、枕頭、床墊、衣服…等，亦需放入規則型紙箱(如黑貓宅即便12號紙箱尺寸：51cm×34cm×35cm)或夾鏈塑料袋包裝成一件。
It is packaged into a piece in the way that you can hold it by yourself. The quilts, pillows, mattresses, clothes, etc., also need to be put into a regular carton or plastic bag.
b.請依宿舍幹部指示，打包之外箱註明姓名、學號、聯絡方式，集中擺放於指定之臨時行李房，行李房整個寒假都不會上鎖，請勿放置筆電、金錢、手機、首飾..等貴重物品或食物、醬料..等易腐食品，如有遺失，宿舍不負保管責任，所放物品如造成公共危險，將依校規懲處並加以索賠。
Please follow the instructions of the dormitory managers, make sure that the packing box is marked with the name, student number, and contact information and placed in a designated temporary luggage room. No lock the door for all luggage rooms. Do not put notebook computers, money, mobile phones, jewelry, etc., such as valuables items or food and sauce. If there is any loss, the dormitory will not be held responsible for the custody. If the items make the public danger, you will be punished according to the school rules and the claim will be made.
c. 有放置行李的住宿生最遲需於2019年9月4日(三)上午10:30以前返校取回自己的行李，亦可託朋友或室友代為提前取回行李，若超過此期限，將視情況先將行李調整至其他公共空間，如有遺失，將不負責。
Please come back by 10:30 on Sep. 4th, 2019, if you have put your luggage in other rooms.
