2. 於收到過繳費確認信後，需要再作日期修改者，請在以下網址申請修改

3.繳費：繳費建檔需要時間，建檔完畢後，您將收到繳費通知的E-mail，再請依指定日期前往本校財管組(A106)報學號繳費。

About the payment:You will get E-mail informed, then you can go to room A106 to show you student ID and say that you want to pay for summer stay.

4. 收費計算方式：

業勤四人房費用：1天119元/人(含冷氣…等水電費)，如無特殊狀況，寒/暑假住宿皆以四人房為主。。

Charges: NT＄119 for 1 day per student (including air-conditioning and other utilities). You can applied Quad Room only if no special conditions.

*暑假住宿收費計算原則：

寒假住宿收費計算原則：

a. 前段緩衝期，自2019年6月23日下午 17:00至6月26日上午10:30止，此前3天原業勤的繼續住業勤，原其他宿舍的留在原舍，統一只收1天的費用119元。

b. 2019年6月26日上午 10:30開始進住業勤宿舍，至8月31日上午10:30止，共計69天，依申請之天數計費。

c. 後段緩衝期，2019年8月31日上午10:30 至9月4日上午10:30 尚需留在業勤宿舍等9/4 am10:30 搬回各舍者，此後4天統一只收1天的費用119元。

The principle of calculation:

a. Buffer period one, only NTD119 for all during 17:00 Jun. 23rd ~ 10:30 Jun. 26^th.

b. Calculate by days since Jun. 26^th  to Aug. 31st.

c.  Buffer period two, only NTD119 for all during Aug. 31st ~ Sep. 4^th.

暑假住宿費計算範例：開始住的日期：6/23，離宿日期：9/4

則6/23～6/26，統一算1日費用=119元

6/26～8/31，用Excel 計算8/31-6/26＝66，如自己數日期則：6/26～8/31 共有67個日子，但只收過夜的費用，因此=67-1=66(有過夜的日子)，119x66＝7854元

（期末離宿：*6/23 pm5:00 仍待在原宿舍，6/24 才離開者，開始入住日請填2019/6/23，離宿日期請填2019/6/24，各宿舍有各自規定的離宿檢查與退鑰匙時間，如果是深夜或清晨要離宿趕搭飛機的，請自行與各舍幹部約提早檢查及退鑰匙）

（暑假中：*如果是8/31凌晨就要離開暑期業勤宿舍的，請先在8/30晚上9:00以前辦離宿退鑰匙，則離宿日可填：2019/8/30，
*如果是8/31早上10:00以後，才要離開的，則離宿日填：2019/8/31）

8/31～9/4，統一算1日費用=119元。

因此，總費用是：119+7854+119＝8092元

*暑期可個人住宿的期間：6月24日(星期一) ～ 9月4日(星期三)

Period of summer stay accommodation：Jun. 24th (Mon.) ~ Sep. 4th (Wed.)

5. 暑假結束需搬離業勤宿舍期限：9月4日(三)上午10:30 以前，逾期後，仍有物品堆放於寒假申請之業勤宿舍寢室內者，將視同垃圾予以清除，不得異議。

Move out deadline: Before 10:30 on Wednesday September 4th, 2019,students are required to leave the dorm dormitory. After this date, if we find any items in your dormitory room, they will be treated as garbage and be disposed. We will not accept any complain once the items are disposed.

 *專車將於此時間協助載運行李由業勤宿舍回各棟宿舍，待暑期結束前2週會再發公告。

The shuttle buses will arrive to pick you and your personal belongings up to return to your own dorm in fall semester-2019.

*注意事項(Attention Items) ：

2. 貴重物品請自行看管並妥善保管，往返搬運或入住期間，如有遺失，一概不負責賠償或協尋。

Please save all your important and high value items by yourself. If any lost on the way come or back and during your stay, we will have no way to compensate or help to find it back.

3. 住宿違規懲處事項：Dormitory rules

a.未申請暑假住宿而擅自留宿於學校宿舍者(包含大葉一舍、樂群、四肯、業勤、大葉學舍)，經查明後，除須繳清住宿費用並強制離宿外，並依學生獎懲辦法議處。Don’t stay without payment during summer vocation. You will be punished if your illegal stay is found.

b.業勤宿舍為無菸校園之校內宿舍，無論個人或團體之住宿使用，於建築物內、陽台與一樓周邊一律全面禁菸，違規吸菸者，依本校菸害防制辦法處置，累犯第2次以上移送彰化縣衛生局開罰，並予以退宿且不得申請退費。

Don’t smoke inside the dormitory or on the balcony. You will be punished by canceling stay if your illegal smoking is found. No refund if cancel your summer stay.

c. 除了至暑期宿舍值班幹部房洽公之原因以外，其他情況皆禁止任意進入異性房間與樓層，禁止使用異性樓層之浴室及廁所，違者將予以退宿。

The 1^st to 4^th floor are rooms for male, the 5^th and 6^th are rooms for female. Unless you have permission from the dormitory staff on duty, you are not allowed to enter the floors of your opposite sex under any circumstances. The prohibition includes use of the bathrooms in the floors of your opposite sex. Offenders will face the punishment of room cancel in the next academic year.

發訊息表明自己的寢室號碼跟暑期幹部約時間，離宿時請先自主檢查，並將座位環境清潔、衣櫃門打開，抽屜開1/3，全寢最後一位離宿時，需清空寢室垃圾與其他空床的雜物，自己的空床位與整體拍照上傳群組後，攜帶寢室鑰匙前往5133辦理退房/退回200元鑰匙保證金，不符合規定或有人為破壞設備者，將不退保證金。
