礁溪鄉中秋節盪鞦韆比賽要點

一、活動宗旨

礁溪鄉百年傳承歡盪中鞦活動，重頭戲就是傳承百年歷史的盪鞦韆比賽。延續134年歷史的盪鞦韆活動，從傳統節慶文化的角度，更應將中秋節的精神及歷史意義代代傳遞下去，爰於「中秋民俗遊藝傳承文化」活動中，舉辦盪鞦韆比賽。

二、主辦單位：礁溪鄉公所、礁溪鄉民代表會。

三、協辦單位：礁溪協天廟、宜蘭縣後備憲兵荷松協會礁溪分會、礁溪國小、大忠村辦公處、大忠社區發展協會、愛錡藝行銷有限公司。

四、比賽地點：礁溪國小（礁溪鄉大忠村礁溪路四段135號）。

五、比賽時間：113年9月14日（六）。

（一）公開組

1.男子組

（1）預賽：17時至19時。

（2）決賽：20時30分至21時30分。

2.女子組：20時30分至21時30分。

（二）挑戰組：17時至20時30分。

（三）體驗組：60公斤以下者：17時至21時30分。
60公斤至100公斤者：待挑戰組比賽完畢後約20時30分至21時30分。

六、報名時間：自113年8月21日(三)起至9月11日(三)額滿截止。

七、報名費用及好禮

（一）報名費用：免費。

（二）報名好禮：

1.凡報名公開組及挑戰組，並親自參與比賽者，現場即贈送紀念服及號碼布。無法親自參與比賽者，視同放棄報名好禮，不得異議。

紀念服尺寸：未填寫尺寸，以大會就現有紀念服尺寸發給。

2.凡報名體驗組，並親自參與比賽者，現場即贈送柚子1顆，備有300顆，送完為止。

八、報名組別及名額

（一）公開組：

1.男子組：50名，額滿為止。

2.女子組：20名，額滿為止。

（二）挑戰組：

1.青壯組：60名，額滿為止。

2.長青組：20名，額滿為止。

（三）體驗組：300名，額滿為止。

九、報名資格

（一）公開組：足齡18歲至65歲、體重100公斤以下之男女。

（二）挑戰組：

1.青壯組：足齡18歲至54歲、體重100公斤以下之男女。

2.長青組：足齡55歲至75歲、體重100公斤以下之男女。

（三）體驗組：體重60公斤以下之男女，7歲以下必須由家長陪同。

（四）體驗組：體重60~100公斤之男女，7歲以下必須由家長陪同。

3.外國人：可用護照線上報名

十、報名方式及規則

（一）公開組及挑戰組：一律採網路報名；報名網址： https://www.beclass.com/rid=284d94d6697454c53dee

（二）體驗組：採現場報名。

（三）選手不可重複報名，不可跨組比賽，否則取消資格及獎金。

（四）選手出場順序，預賽及決賽，皆按比賽報名的號碼，由小至大，依序出賽。

（五）報名時未提供正確資料致無法保險，視為報名不成功。

十二、比賽規則及獎勵

（一）公開組：以踢中鈴鐺次數區分勝負，由大會輔助員助盪放手後，開始計時。

1.男子組

（1）預賽：鈴鐺高度約6.8公尺，每名選手限時2分鐘，取前10名進入決賽。

（2）決賽：鈴鐺高度約7.3公尺，每名選手限時3分鐘，取前10名頒獎。

（3）預賽及決賽如有同分者，再進行ＰＫ賽，每名選手限時2分鐘。

（4）獎金：冠軍參萬元、亞軍貳萬元、季軍壹萬元、殿軍捌仟元、優勝伍仟元（第五名至第十名）。獎金貳萬元以上者，必須代扣10％所得稅。其餘選手踢中鈴鐺一次獎金參佰元，限額最高獎金參仟元整。

（5）獎盃：第一名至第十名，頒發獎盃。

（6）請得獎者於決賽後，至報到處簽立獎金領據，並參加頒獎。

2.女子組

（1）鈴鐺高度約5公尺，每名選手限時2分鐘，取前3名頒獎。

（2）如有同分者，再進行ＰＫ賽，每名選手限時2分鐘。

（3）獎金：冠軍壹萬元、亞軍捌仟元、季軍伍仟元。其餘選手踢中鈴鐺一次獎金參佰元，限額最高獎金參仟元整。

（4）獎盃：第一名至第三名，頒發獎盃。

（5）請得獎者於決賽後，至報到處簽立獎金領據，並參加頒獎。

（二）挑戰組：以踢中鈴鐺次數區分次數，由大會輔助員助盪放手後，開始計時。

1.青壯組：鈴鐺高度約5.5公尺，踢中鈴鐺一次獎金貳佰元，限額最高獎金貳仟元整，每名選手限時2分鐘。

2.長青組：鈴鐺高度約4.5公尺，踢中鈴鐺一次獎金參佰元，限額最高獎金參仟元整，每名選手限時2分鐘。

3.請得獎者至報到處簽立獎金領據，並領取獎金。

（三）體驗組：以踢中鈴鐺次數區分次數，由大會輔助員助盪放手後，開始計時。鈴鐺高度約3.5公尺，踢中鈴鐺贈送紀念品，備有300份，送完為止，每名選手限時1分鐘。

十三、報到時間

（一）報到時，攜帶身分證與報名資料有異者，視同放棄，不得異議。

（二）公開組

1.男子組

（1）預賽：16時至16時50分止報到。參賽者須親自攜帶身分證至報到處完成報到。超過17時，視同放棄，不得異議。

（2）決賽：20時至20時20分止報到。決賽者須親自攜帶身分證至報到處完成報到。超過20時30分，視同放棄，不得異議。

2.女子組：20時至20時20分止報到。參賽者須親自攜帶身分證至報到處完成報到。超過20時30分，視同放棄，不得異議。

（三）挑戰組：16時至16時50分止報到。參賽者須親自攜帶身分證至報到處完成報到。超過17時，視同放棄，不得異議。

十四、選手練習時間

（一）9月10日（二）10時30分至12時。

（二）9月14日（六）10時至12時。

十五、注意事項

（一）賽程期間，請所有選手務必開手機，俾利連絡相關事宜。

（二）參賽選手嚴禁使用大會以外之任何輔助工具，否則，取消參賽資格。

（三）參賽者禁忌：患有心臟病、高血壓、酗酒者，請勿報名及參賽。家屬有坐月子或為喪家者，不宜參賽。

（四）選手務必遵守比賽規則，服從大會裁判之指導及判決。

（五）本活動投保公共意外責任險，並針對公開組及挑戰組選手，投保選手意外傷害保險（含身故及失能、醫療險）。體驗組因採現場報名，無法投保選手意外傷害保險。

（六）公開組及挑戰組選手，請佩別號碼布，並建議穿著大會紀念服及進行比賽。

1. Purpose

The highlight of Jiaoxi Township’s SwingEvent Heritage that has been going on for over a hundred years is the swingcompetition that carries on the tradition for over hundred years. With a rich 134years history of the Swing Event, in the perspective of traditional festiveculture, the spirit and historical meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival should continueto be carried on generation by generation. Therefore, a Swing competition isheld as part of the “Mid-Autumn Folk Custom Game Cultural Heritage” event.

(1) Open Group

 i. Men’s Group

  1. Preliminary Round:17.00 to 19.00

  2.  Finals Round:20.30 to 21.30

 ii. Women’s Group:20.30 to 21.30

(2) Challenge Group: 17.00 to 20.30

(3) Experience Group: Under 60 Kg: 17.00 to21.30

60 Kg to 100 Kg: Around 20.30 to21.30 after the Challenge Group Competition finished

6. RegistrationPeriod: From Wednesday, 21th August 2024 to Wednesday, 11^thSeptember 2024, registration closed if capacity is reached.

7. Registration Feeand Gifts

(1) Registration Fee: Free

(2) Registration Gifts:

 i. All participantswho registered and personally participated in the competition for Open Groupand Challenge Group, will immediately receive a commemorative shirt and numberbib on site. Those who can’t personally participate will be consideredforfeiting their registration gifts without objection.

Commemorative Shirt Sizes: If the size isnot specified, the organizer will provide the existing size of thecommemorative shirt on-site.

 ii. For participantsregistered for Experience Group and personally participating in thecompetition, will receive One Piece of Pomelo on-site, 300 pieces available, whilestock last.

8. RegistrationGroups and Quotas

(1) Open Group:

 i. Men’s Group: 50 Participants, closed if capacity is reached.

 ii. Women’s Group: 20 Participants, closed if capacity is reached.

(2) Challenge Group:

 i. Young Adult Group:60 Participants, closed if capacity is reached.

 ii. Senior Group: 20 Participants, closed if capacity is reached.

(3) Experience Group: 300 Participants, closedif capacity is reached.

9. RegistrationQualification

(1) Open Group: Men and Women between 18 to 65years old with under 100 Kg body weight.

(2) Challenge Group:

 i. Young Adult Group:Men and Women between 18 to 54 years old withunder 100 Kg body weight.

 ii. Senior Group: Menand Women between 55 to 75 years old with under100 Kg body weight.

(3) Experience Group: Men and Women under 60Kg body weights, children under 7 years old must be accompanied by parent.

(4) ExperienceGroup: Men and Women between 60-100 Kg body weights, children under 7 years oldmust be accompanied by parent.

(5) Foreigners： Can Registeronline using Passport

10. Registration Method and Rules

(3) Participant cannot Register multiple timesor compete across groups, otherwise, qualifications and prizes will be cancelled.

(4) Theorder of appearance for participants in both preliminary and final rounds willbe based on the registration numbers, in ascending order.

(5) Ifincorrect information is provided during registration, resulting in inabilityto obtain insurance, it will be considered as an unsuccessful registration.

12. Competition Rules and Prize

(1) Open Group: The winner is determined by thenumber of times the bell is kicked. Time will start once the event assistantsrelease the swing.

 i. Men’sGroup

1. PreliminaryRound: Bell height is approximately 6.8 Meters. Each participant will have timelimit of 2 Minutes, and the top 10 will advance to the final round.

2. Final Round: Bellheight is approximately 7.3 Meters. Each participant will have time limit of 3Minutes, and the top 10 winners will receive the prize.

3. If there istiebreaker in preliminary and final rounds, will proceed a tiebreaker match,with each participant having a time limit of 2 Minutes.

4. Prize: TheChampion will receive NT$30.000, Runner-Up will receive NT$20.000, Third Placewill receive NT$10.000, Fourth Place will receive NT$8.000, Fifth to TenthPlace will receive NT$5.000. For prize over NT$20.000, a 10% Tax will be deducted.Other participants will receive NT$300 for each time the bell is kicked, with amaximum cap of NT$3.000.

5. Trophies: Trophieswill be awarded to the Top 10 Winners.

6. Winnersmust go to the registration area after the finals to sign for their prize receiptand participate in the award ceremony.

 ii. Women’sGroup

  1. Bellheight is approximately 5 Meters. Eachparticipant will have time limit of 2 Minutes, and the top 3 participants willreceive the prize.

  2. If there istiebreaker, will proceed a tiebreaker match, with each participant having atime limit of 2 Minutes.

  3. Prize: TheChampion will receive NT$10.000, Runner-Up will receive NT$8.000, and ThirdPlace will receive NT$5.000. Other participants will receive NT$300 for eachtime the bell is kicked, with a maximum cap of NT$3.000.

  4. Trophies: Trophieswill be awarded to the Top 3 Winners.

 i. Young Adult Group:Bell height is approximately 5.5 Meters. Participants will receive NT$200 foreach time the bell is kicked, with a maximum cap of NT$2.000, and has a timelimit of 2 Minutes.

 ii. Senior Group: Bellheight is approximately 4.5 Meters. Participants will receive NT$300 for eachtime the bell is kicked, with a maximum cap of NT$3.000, and has a time limitof 2 Minutes

 iii. Winnersmust go to the registration area after the finals to sign for their prizereceipt and collect their prize.

(3) Experience Group: Differentiated based on the number of thetimes the bell is kicked. Time will start once the event assistants release theswing. Bell height is approximately 3.5 Meters, and participants will receive asouvenir if they successfully kicked the bell, with 300 souvenirs available,while stock last. Each participant will have a time limit of 1 Minute.

13. Register Time

(1) When registering beforecompetition, if there is abnormal between the National ID and registrationdata, it will be considered forfeiting without objection.

(2) Open Group:

 i. Men’s Group

  1. Preliminary Round:Register open from 16.00 to 16.50. Participant must personally bring theirNational ID to the registration area to finish registering. Those who arrivedafter 17.00, will be considered forfeiting without objection.

  2. Final Round:Register open from 20.00 to 20.20. Participant must personally bring theirNational ID to the registration area to finish registering. Those who arrivedafter 20.30, will be considered forfeiting without objection.

 ii. Women’s Group:Register open from 20.00 to 20.20. Participant must personally bring theirNational ID to the registration area to finish registering. Those who arrivedafter 20.30, will be considered forfeiting without objection.

 iii. Challenge Group:Register open from 16.00 to 16.50. Participant must personally bring theirNational ID to the registration area to finish registering. Those who arrivedafter 17.00, will be considered forfeiting without objection

14. Participant Practice Time

(1) From10.30 to 12.00 on Tuesday, 10^th September.

(2) From10.00 to 12.00 on Tuesday, 14^th September.

15. Important Notes

(1) During competition period, allparticipants must always keep their mobile phones available for communicationregarding relevant matters.

(2) Participants are strictly prohibited fromusing any assisting tools other than provided by the event, otherwise, theirqualification will be cancelled.

(3) Participants Prohibitions: Those withheart disease, high blood pressure or alcoholism should not register orparticipate. Participant that has family member in confinement or mourning arealso discouraged from participating.

(4) Participants must follow the competitionrules and follow the guidance and decision of the event judges.

(5) This event has insurance under PublicLiability Insurance and Accident Insurance (Including Death, Disability andMedical Coverage) provided for participants in Open Group and Challenge Group.Participants in the Experience Group will not have any insurance due to on-siteregistration.

(6) Participants in the Open Group andChallenge Group should wear their assigned number bibs, and are recommended towear the event commemorative shirts during the competition.
