【課程簡介】
據統計資料，台灣人因⻑期使用手機、活動範圍限縮，脊椎與姿勢相關問題越來越普及，⻑時間坐在電腦桌前身體歪斜，加上回家放鬆坐在沙發、床上姿勢不良等，都將嚴重影響社會大眾的健康狀態。

許多人尋求物理治療師、骨科醫師、復健科醫師、皮拉提斯教練的協助，都是因為長期使用單側肢體，造成肌群過度使用，而反側肌群肌力不足，久而久之就產生疼痛。而相關醫事人員需要憑藉解剖、生物力學等相關概念對患者進行評估，找出相對應的解決方案，提供患者合適的處置與建議。

ABC Posturo-Logical Method 是一套建立在人體生物力學理論上、針對身體整體姿勢快速評估的系統，由義大利物理治療師 Gian Pietro Mainardi 發起，目前已推廣至義大利、⻄班牙、加拿大、美國等地。

學完這套評估系統，專業人員能在 5 分鐘內快速判斷個案的身體使用習慣，並將個案分類為A、B、C三種類型，藉由這一套系統可以提供物理治療師或動作訓練、姿勢調整相關專業人員不同觀點，了解個案全身各關節間的相互關係，讓介入方式跳脫頭痛醫頭、腳痛醫腳，提供個案更為完整的處方與計畫，個案也能快速的找回身體的平衡狀態。

ABC Posturo-Logical Method 的宗旨是希望幫助專業人員快速地利用生物力學觀點來分析個案異常姿勢的原因，透過評估結果讓專業人員擬定精準的介入策略（徒手治療或運動治療）、或是作為調整客製化鞋墊、客製化坐墊等相關產品的參考，以此解決現代人習慣久站、久坐、長期維持特定姿勢所造成的種種問題。

本課程為原創辦人英文授課，現場搭配多位講師級助教以中文協助實務練習，除高品質、大量的實作外，也將提供應用在個案上的實際案例，讓每一位參與的學員能在課程結束後有信心即刻臨床施作。

DAY 1

• Introduction to Posturology, Osteopathy and Chiropractic techniques
• Posturalogical valuation, the division of body in 5 floors
• The 1st floor: Foot-knee-hip-pelvis
• Chiro and Osteo manipulation techniques for: Tibiotarsal, cuboid, scaphoid, back foot, astragalus, tibia, patella, knee joint, hip joint, Sacrum/iliac joint
• Myofascial techniques and trigger points for: Plantar fascia, Tibialis, gastrocnemius, quadratus lumbar, hamstrings, TFL pelvic-trochanteric
• Decompressive techniques for: Tibiotarsal joint, Knee joint
• Red flags
• The 2nd floor; Lumbar spine and introduction to visceral manual therapy
• Chiro and Osteo manipulation techniques for: Lumbar spine, T12-L1
• Visceral manual therapy for: Diaphragm, esophagus, stomach, liver, colon, uterus, bladder and kidneys
• Myofascial techniques, trigger points and muscle energy techniques for: Psoas, quadratus lumbar, rectum/oblique of abdomen, sacroiliac ligaments

• Visceral manual therapy for: Pleura, Lungs, heart

• Chiro and Osteo manipulation techniques: Cervical spine, C7-T1 passage, glenohumerus joint, clavicular, acromioclavicular joint
• Visceral manual therapy for: Subclavian and axillary artery
• Myofascial techniques, trigger points and muscle energy techniques for: SCM, sub occipital, pectoral, biceps, triceps

• Chiro and Osteo manipulation techniques: C0-C1, sphenoid, temporal, occipital, mandibular and maxillary bones
• Myofascial techniques, trigger points and muscle energy techniques for: Masseter, temporal, pterygoid, forehead and apex muscles

【使用教具介紹】

課程將應用 ABC Posturo-Logical Method 的評估結果，快速設定 FixSit 姿勢調整坐墊，讓學員能迅速了解坐姿對於身體姿勢的影響，並展示正確坐姿對骨盆、脊椎與身體平衡的效果。

FixSit 姿勢調整坐墊 是一款可以依照使用者狀況進行調整的客製化坐墊，適用於各年齡層族群。

應用於物理治療時，可以在治療前作為骨盆正位使用，減少評估或治療過程中，患者發生過多代償或不自主用力之行為；在治療後可作為患者日常維持正位使用，減少治療後因日常習慣導致的歪斜，延長治療效果。

應用於運動訓練時，可以做為墊上運動、器械運動下的坐姿骨盆正位與固定之用，能讓運動員、使用者在坐姿下使用正確肌群、正確發力，達到更佳訓練效果，並減少運動傷害的發生，極適合瑜珈、皮拉提斯、重訓等使用者。

應用於亞健康族群，可以在日常保持坐姿骨盆正位，減少各種日常不良姿勢造成的歪斜，讓坐姿可以慢慢接受調整，並讓有需要久坐的族群能減緩因長期維持坐姿所發生的慢性疾病。
