2020 台灣沿徑定向錦標賽

一、宗旨：為積極推廣沿徑定向運動，提高全民對沿徑定向運動之認識，進而達到全民運動目的，並選拔沿徑定向的優秀選手。

1. Aim : To promote trail O , and let allpeople to understand trail O.Then, to achieve the goal of the national sports.It is opportunity for selecting the outstanding trail O athletes.

十二、比賽規則：採用國際定向越野總會公佈沿徑定向比賽規則，使用Chinahealth電子打卡計時系統和傳統打卡器並用。

12. Rules : IOF TrailO Rules apply to this competition. There shall usethe Chinahealth Punching & Timing System and traditional punch.

十三、賽程資料：

13. Course information :

(一)各組別的檢查點數目、距離、攀高和限時將於3號公告刊登。

(1) All courses thenumber of controls, distance, climb and time limit will be published onBulletin 3.

(二)菁英組(E)、高級公開組(A)在精確賽有Zero(Z)答案。

(2) Elite(E), AdvancedOpen(A) classes have Zero(Z) answer in PreO course.

(三)菁英組(E)、高級公開組(A)及初級公開組(B)在精確賽之計時檢查點不設Zero(Z)答案。

(3) Elite(E),Advanced Open(A) and Basic Open(B) do not have Zero(Z) answer in Timed Controlsof PreO course.

(四)精確賽各組別若超時未回，不滿5分鐘以5分鐘計算，每5分鐘扣1分。

(4) In PreO course,one point shall be deducted for overtime of every five minutes or part thereof.

(五)速決賽所有組別皆有Zero(Z)答案。

(5) All classeshave Zero(Z) answer in TempO course.

十五、獎勵：各組取前三名頒發獎盃，前六名頒發獎狀，以資鼓勵。

15. Prizes : There willpresent trophy to the best 3 and certificate of merit to the best 6 of eachclass.

十六、懲罰：

16. Punishment

(一)參賽選手如有資格不符或冒名頂替，經查屬實者，取消其比賽資格及所有比賽成績。

(1)If a competitor does not meet the qualifications or impose an impostor,after verification, the competitor will be disqualified from the competitionand all competition results.

(二)參賽選手如不服從裁判或行為不檢，經裁判長判決得取消其參賽資格。

(2)If a competitor does not obey the referee or misbehave, he may bedisqualified after being judged by the referee

十七、申訴：

17.Appeal:

(一)填具申訴說明書，述明申訴人姓名，以書面方式向審判委員提出，並需附繳納保證金新台幣貳仟元整。申訴以審判委員會判決為最終判決，經審判委員會判決申訴無理者，得沒收其保證金。所有的申訴，應於比賽成績正式公佈後三十分鐘內以書面方式向競賽組提出。

(1)Fill out an appeal statement with the name of the complainant, and submitit to the adjudgement member in writing, with a security deposit of NT $ 2000.The appeal is based on the judgment of the adjudgement committee, and if theappeal is judged unjustified by the adjudgement committee, the deposit may beconfiscated. All appeals shall be submitted to the competition department inwriting within 30 minutes of the official announcement of the competitionresults.

 (二)比賽進行中，各運動員不得干擾或質疑裁判人員任務之執行。

(2)During the competition,each competitor shall not interfere or question the performance of thereferee's tasks.
