2020 Winter Stay Remedy application

一、補申請2020寒假住宿期限：

原業勤住宿生：只到1月10日晚上22：00截止，因為需要先整理出原業勤生的寒假名單。

其他業勤以外的宿舍與校外同學：即日起至2020年1月12日(星期日)  21:00止，逾期將不再受理申請。

Fromnow on can remedy apply for 2020 winter stay and the applying deadline is Jan. 12th of2020 21:00. No more deadline extention.

二、繳費時間：

1. 2020年1月13日(星期一)上午 9:00 以前您將會收到繳費E-mail。

2. 2020年1月13日(星期一)9:00開始～2020年1月17日17:00，皆可至學校財管組(A106)，報學號即可調出繳費資料，完成繳費。

Payment schedule

1.     By night time 9:00 on Jan. 12th, 2020, youwill get the payment confirmation email on January 12th, 2020 (12.pm)

2.     You could go to pay it at school’sfinance office (A106) which located at the first floor of AdministrationBuilding. Start at am 9:00 on Jan. 12th, 2020 ~ pm 17:00 on Jan. 17th, 2020

三、業勤以外的其他宿舍學生1/15 am 10:30 以後才可以開始入住寒假集中住的業勤宿舍，當日1/15 am 10:30亦有專車協助從各棟宿舍載運住宿生與行李至業勤宿舍。

Studentswho is living in Le-Chun,4-Willing, Da-Yeh dorm during the semester also needto move to Diligent dorm at 10:30 on Jan. 15^th, 2020. The shuttlebus will help you move all winter stay luggage and person to diligent dormitorywill be arranged to pick you up to Diligent dorm at 10:30am.

四、原住樂群、大葉學舍、四肯此三棟的住宿生請注意：

1. 此三棟宿舍將於2020/1/15am 10:30開始封舍，2/5 am 10:30才會再次開放住宿生回宿，此期間無法在留宿於此三棟宿舍或進入取放行李。

2. 2020/1/15搬至業勤後，離宿時所有寒假行李需先直接搬回家，或將安全且不貴重的物品借放業勤的臨時行李房，但2/5 am 10:30一定要回業勤取回行李，2/5am 10:30亦有專車接送由業勤回各棟宿舍，逾時可能因為擋到業勤臨時行李房的原住宿生空間，而將被移轉至公共區，將可能有更高的遺失風險。

Studentswho is living in Le-Chun,4-Willing, Da-Yeh dorm(male) during the semester,please pay attention here:

1.These three dormitories will be locked at 10:30 Jan. 15th, and open again at10:30 Feb. 5th . No open for living or take any luggage during this period.

2.After moving into diligent dorm on Jan. 15th, all your luggage will be togetherwith you until 10:30 Feb. 5th in diligent dorm or your home. If you want putyour safety and unimportant luggage in the temporary luggage room of diligentdorm, you need to be back at 10:30 Feb. 5th. Over this due date, it will makeyour luggage into high risk to be thrown away to another area. If the studentswho lived in this luggage room come back earlier than you, it will make moretroubles to your luggage.

五、填寫須知：

1.  申請住宿之日期必須連續不得中斷，寒假申請期間以一段為限，不得分段申請。

2.  可於報名系統中的備註欄填寫想要安排同寢之同學姓名，但同寢安排以相同或相近之入住日期與離宿日期為準。

Applicationfill up instruction:

1.    The date of stay application must be continuous and mustnot be interrupted. The application period for the winter stay is limited to beonly one section and may not be applied in many sections.

2.    Students who wants to be in the same room can be filled inthe memo column of the registration system, but the check-in date and date ofdeparture need to be the same or similar.

六、收費計算方式：業勤四人房費用：1天119元/人(含冷氣…等水電費)，如無特殊狀況，寒假住宿以四人房為主，若無特殊需求，不得要求雙人房。

Charges: Quad RoomRate: NT＄119 for 1 day per student(including air-conditioning and other utilities). You could not ask twin Room withoutspecial conditions.

七、寒假住宿收費計算原則：

a. 自2020年1月12日下午17:00至1月15日上午10:30止，此前3天原業勤的繼續住業勤，原其他宿舍的留在原舍，統一只收1天的費用119元。

b. 2020年1月15日上午10:30開始進住業勤宿舍，至1月23日上午10:30止，共計8天，依申請之天數計費。

c. 1月23日(星期三)～至2月2日(星期日)必須過年留宿業勤宿舍者，不論天數一律收10天之春節連假留宿費用1190元，春節留宿限外籍生，本國生無特殊原因者不得勾選過年留宿，如另有特殊原因需留過年，再請找寒期宿舍輔導老師商議。

d. 2/2～2/5尚需留在業勤宿舍等2/5am10:30 搬回各舍者，此後3天統一只收1天的費用119元。

The principle ofcalculation:

a. Only NTD119 for allduring 17:00 Jan. 12th ~ 10:30 Jan. 15th.

b. Calculate by dayssince Jan. 15th ~ Jan. 23rd.

c. The Chinese NewYear holiday: Calculate 10-day period NTD119 equal to NTD1190 unified. SinceJan. 23rd ~ Feb. 2nd these 10 days could be applied only by internationalstudents. The Taiwanese students who want to apply, need to discuss withdiligent dorm teacher, Mr. Nelson.

d. Only NTD119 for allduring Feb. 2nd ~ Feb. 5th.

八、進住寒假宿舍時間/地點：1月15日(三)上午10:30~12:00派車至各棟宿舍協助載運行李，搬入業勤宿舍。在業勤宿舍5138 管理室辦理入住。

Winter stay move indate: Other dormitories’ students can startto move into diligent dormitory at 10:30 on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2018.School buses will assist to carry your luggage for moving to diligent dormitoryat 10:30 ~ 12: 00 am on Wednesday, Jan. 15th, 2018. Check-in at room 5138 of Diligent dormitory.

十、業勤住宿生另有寒假前之本國生寢室清空、外籍生行李集中、寒假行李房使用規則、寒假後反宿日期時間之相關規定，詳見業勤各樓層Line群組公告。

For more detail information such as local students’ room clear up, internationalstudents’ luggage gathering room, winter vacation luggage room rules andregulation, schedule of dorm returning, etc. will be posted on the floor linegroups of diligent dormitory.  

開始住的日期：1/12，離宿日期：2/5

則1/12～1/15，統一算1日費用=119元

1/15～1/23，用Excel 計算1/23-1/15＝8，如自己數日期則：1/15～1/22 共有9個日子，但只收過夜的費用，因此=9-1=8(有過夜的日子)，119x8＝952元

（*如果是1/23凌晨就要離開的，請先在1/22晚上9:00以前辦離宿退鑰匙，則離宿日可填：1/22，
*如果是1/23早上10:30以後，才要離開的，則離宿日需填：1/23）

2/2~1/23，用Excel 計算2/2-1/23＝10，此春節連假期間因特殊原因才能留宿，且一致收10天的費用=119x10=1190，計費無法扣除春節連假不住的日數，

2/2～2/5，統一算1日費用=119元。

因此，春節連假不住的費用是：119+952+0+119＝1190元

春節連假要住的費用是：119+952+1190+119＝2380元
