2026災難期間醫療照護者之角色國際研討會

2026 InternationalSymposium:

The Role of Health Providers in Disasters

1、   主旨：

   近年來，國家韌性醫療整備計畫已逐步建構以全民與全體醫療體系為核心的災難應變架構，內容涵蓋社區民眾急救能力之訓練、各層級醫療體系的災難醫療應變整備，以及不同類別醫事人員的專業賦能訓練。其中，提升各類醫事人員對災難準備的整體認知，並強化其必要之知識與技能，被視為推動醫療韌性與災難應變能力的關鍵要素。

   本次研討會旨在透過與國外專家之交流與經驗分享，探討不同類別醫事人員在災難應變整備中的角色定位、實務經驗與跨專業合作模式，期能拓展我國醫療專業人員對災難醫療之視野，進而促進更多醫事同仁積極投入災難應變整備工作，共同強化整體醫療體系之韌性與應變能力。

   In recent years, the National Medical Resilience andPreparedness Program has progressively established a comprehensive disasterresponse framework that encompasses community-based first aid training,disaster medical preparedness across all levels of the healthcare system, andcapacity-building initiatives for diverse categories of healthcareprofessionals. Among these components, enhancing healthcare workers’ awareness,knowledge, and competencies related to disaster preparedness is widelyrecognized as a critical element in strengthening medical resilience andeffective disaster response.

   This symposium aims to facilitate knowledge exchange andexperience sharing with international experts, focusing on the roles, practicalexperiences, and inter-professional collaboration of various healthcareprofessionals in disaster preparedness and response. Through this platform, weseek to broaden perspectives within the healthcare community and encouragegreater participation of healthcare professionals in disaster preparednessefforts, thereby contributing to the overall resilience and responsiveness ofthe healthcare system.

本院同仁、相關領域研究者、醫療人員、相關行政機關官員、對災難醫療應變有興趣及實務參與者等。(Hospital staff, researchers, healthcare professionals, governmentofficials, and individuals interested in or involved in disaster medicalresponse.)

8、焦點座談參與對象 (Focused Panel Discussion Participants)：各 60 人 (60 participants in each section)。

  • Section 1：災難藥物整備與管理 (Disastermedication preparation and management)

肖像權暨著作權授權同意書
一、 授權範圍
本人同意主辦單位（含主辦方授權之第三人）於 2026年8月28日舉辦之「2026災難期間醫療照護者之角色國際研討會」期間，進行拍照、錄音及錄影。
二、 肖像權及著作權授權
本人同意並授權主辦單位擁有本人於上述研討會活動中肖像（包含照片、動態影像及聲音）之使用權。主辦單位基於學術研究、教育推廣、活動紀錄及後續行銷宣傳（包含但不限於官方網站、社群媒體、文宣品、成果報告等）之目的，得於全球範圍內不限次數、永久重製、公開展示、公開播送及改作。
三、 權利聲明
1.主辦單位承諾上述授權內容僅作合法之非營利/營利用途。
2.本人保證已充分了解本同意書之內容，並確認上述授權並無侵害他人之智慧財產權或其他權利。
3.本人保有個人之肖像權，並同意授權主辦單位依本同意書之約定進行使用。
Letter of Consent
1. Scope of Authorization
I hereby agree that the Organizer (including third parties authorized by the Organizer) may take photographs, record audio, and record video during the ′2026 International Conference on the Role of Healthcare Providers During Disasters′ held on August 28, 2026.
2. Licensing of Image Rights and Copyright(1)
I agree to authorize the Organizer to have the right to use my image (including photographs, motion pictures, and voice) captured during the aforementioned conference.
2. Licensing of Image Rights and Copyright(2)
For the purposes of academic research, educational promotion, event recording, and subsequent marketing publicity (including but not limited to official websites, social media, promotional materials, and achievement reports), the Organizer may reproduce, publicly display, publicly broadcast, and adapt the materials globally, for an unlimited number of times, and in perpetuity.
3. Statement of Rights
(1)The Organizer undertakes that the aforementioned authorized content shall only be used for lawful non-profit/profit-seeking purposes.(2)I guarantee that I fully understand the contents of this consent form. I also confirm that the aforementioned authorization does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.(3)I retain my personal image rights and agree to authorize the Organizer to use them in accordance with the terms of this consent form.
