所以，7/2日晚上7:30在台北國際會議中心，禪修大師明就仁波切要現場教我們「心靈斷捨離」，認出「心靈垃圾屋」的病灶在哪裡，看清楚到底是什麼，讓我們「明知道該放手，卻總是抓滿手」。

最重要的是，「心靈斷捨離」是有方法的，仁波切要和我們面對面分享，腦神經科學證明有效的禪修方法，幫我們清出心裡的垃圾，減少不必要的內耗，重建幸福腦迴路，讓心成為一個「極簡，極美」的家，讓我們只要轉心向內，就能完全休息。
