只是一起坐下來，喝杯茶、聊聊天。

we invite you to a relaxed afternoon tea—

no formal class, no distance,

just sitting together, sharing a cup of tea and a conversation.

His Eminence Choekyi Nangawa Rinpoche

will spend this gentle afternoon with us,

speaking about the Dharma,

and also about the small, real moments of everyday life.
