Participants must respect instructors and the traditions/customs of different cultures, following workshop rules and avoiding cultural taboos.

In case of typhoons, heavy rain, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the venue, schedule, or postpone.

To support environmental protection, please bring your own water bottle, cup, eco-friendly utensils, and rain gear.

Some sessions involve instrument crafting or outdoor activities. Please wear comfortable, activity-appropriate clothing and shoes for safety.
請自備個人藥品、健保卡及防蚊用品，並依需求攜帶筆記工具或錄音設備（需事先徵得講師同意方可使用）。
Bring personal medication, National Health Insurance card, mosquito repellent, and if needed, note-taking tools or recording devices (with prior instructor consent).
由於部分課程涉及手工製作與木材、竹材等天然材料操作，請務必聽從講師指導，避免受傷。
As some courses involve crafting with wood, bamboo, and other natural materials, please follow instructor guidance to prevent injury.
參與過程請保持友善與尊重，不打擾他人學習，並注意場地整潔，垃圾請自行帶走。
Maintain respect and friendliness throughout, avoid disturbing others, and keep the venue clean. Participants are required to take away their own trash.
主辦單位將於報名完成並確認繳費後寄發「課前通知」。如未於活動前五日收到，請檢查垃圾郵件夾或主動聯繫承辦人員。
After confirming registration and payment, a “Pre-Event Notice” will be sent. If not received 5 days before the event, please check your spam folder or contact the organizer.
此表單確認送出後，系統將會在24小時內寄 email 回覆您，請於收到轉帳通知後三日內預付費用。
After submitting the form, a system reply will be sent within 24 hours. Please transfer the fee within 3 days of receiving the bank transfer notice.
取消條款：若在開課14天（含）前取消課程，僅酌收10%服務費；於開課前7天（含）取消課程，恕不退費。※跨行手續費用另行負擔。
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 14 days or more before the event: 90% refund (10% service fee deducted). Cancel within 7 days: No refund. Any interbank fees will be borne by the registrant.
若因天候、天然災害、報名人數不足或其他重大不可抗力因素，主辦單位保留取消或調整活動之權利。若因此取消活動，將全額退費。
If the event is canceled due to weather, natural disasters, insufficient registration, or other major unforeseen factors, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or adjust. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
活動期間將進行攝影與錄影，以作為後續活動紀錄及宣傳使用。參加本活動即視同同意授權主辦單位使用相關影像資料。
Photography and video recording will take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. Participation implies consent to the use of such materials by the organizer.
