面對精神行為時不知如何處理?外籍移工們在母國僅接受短期語言及照顧訓練,便來台灣投入照護失智者的工作,對於疾病不了解,照顧技巧也不純熟,再加上語言、習慣及文化適應問題,以致和雇主、失智者易發生衝突,在照護過程中受到傷害。看護工經常需提供被看護者全日照護,工作過程亦需消耗大量體力及心力,預計透過照本講習提升工作技巧,減少體力、心力之消耗。藉由團體活動的帶領及照顧心得分享,能得到更多心理上支持與關懷,而讓照顧者獲得動力及適切的壓力釋放。

Without sufficient understanding of dementia, and facedwith language barriers, cultural differences, coupled with language barriers,cultural differences, and adaptation challenges, they often face conflicts withemployers and individuals with dementia, leading to injuries during thecaregiving process.
