Struggling with challengingbehaviors in dementia care?
Many foreign caregivers arrive in Taiwan with only brief language andcaregiving training. Without sufficient understanding of dementia, and facedwith language barriers, cultural differences, coupled with language barriers,cultural differences, and adaptation challenges, they often face conflicts withemployers and individuals with dementia, leading to injuries during thecaregiving process. Caregivers often provide round-the-clock care, demandingsignificant physical and mental exertion.
