市集全面禁止轉讓攤位及嚴格實施報到實名制(報到需由本人攜帶身分證或健保卡或護照等有照片之身分證明文件,以供核對身分,兒童可以沒有照片的身分證明文件。若是家長幫兒童報到,請同時出具家長的身分證明文件,及證明報到者與兒童攤主互為親子的身分證明文件,如:戶口名簿)
*注意!由於全場實施實名制報到,每位報名攤主皆須本人持證件正本報到,不同報名姓名之攤主們連攤,亦須共同遵守實名制報到規定。(即連攤攤主們需所有攤主一起到場報到,方能進行連攤抽場地籤,晚到的攤主不可請早到的攤主代抽)
*此所稱兒童,指未滿十二歲之人。
*抽中並願意遵守規則參加市集請按時繳費填單以保留攤主資格,若抽中,對於規則有疑慮或不克前往者請勿繳費,且直接信件回覆取消。若已繳費,但是臨時無法參加,請照請假規定提出申請
報名攤主請注意!! Sellers Attention !!
小樹市集禁止專業全新賣家及專業二手賣家,如專業公仔收藏家、專業寶可夢賣家、夾娃娃機台台主…等賣家請勿將市集當作銷售管道,同時也請勿於市集大肆收購或拿取免費物品,再於市集的攤位販售。違規者會被消攤主資格且不退還攤位費用。
以下為小樹市集家庭攤位(含小老闆攤位)禁止之事項,違規者會被取消攤主資格且不退還攤位費用:
(1)全面禁止販售及贈送食品,如二手或全新嬰幼兒食品、寶寶粥、水果泥、包裝飲料、零食、糖果、餅乾、瓶裝水等等。
(2)全面禁止抽獎性質遊戲,包含一番賞、戳戳樂、抽抽樂、博奕遊戲、夾娃娃機、扭蛋機、抽紅包袋、抽盲盒、抽福袋等等。
(3)全面禁止贈送或販售紙牌及機台卡牌:如偶像學園卡、寶可夢卡、球員卡、偶像明星卡、動漫卡、韓團卡⋯等等。
(4)全面禁止贈送或販售大量盒裝公仔,因盒裝公仔爭議性過大且難以判讀是否為專業賣家,若有販售,不論新舊,已拆封或未拆封,以3盒為限,也只能攜帶3盒,請勿賣掉又從別處補貨。

市集為戶外活動,活動當日無論晴雨皆照常舉辦,且戶外環境及氣候變化可能影響您的參加體驗。雨天退費機制並非因停辦活動而退還費用,乃為雨天回饋給攤主的擺攤基金,用意在於促進二手物資交流並不因天候影響中斷。若遇雨天退費,攤主可自行決定是否領取,若決定領取者,亦能擺攤,不會因為領取退費導致不能擺攤且喪失攤主資格。請報名者務必評估能否接受市集規定再行報名。
※ 場次及攤位數量Date and booth amount:每個攤位500元(price),每個攤位約為180*180公分(攤位說明詳見報名表上方內容)自備遮陽道具請衡量攤位大小,若是帶客廳帳則每個帳篷請購買2個攤位,才夠擺放喔!

市集嚴禁商家大量販售全新品與跟親子二手主題無關之商品The market strictly prohibits merchants from selling new products and non-parents and children products 容許家長賣少量家中用不到的全新親子商品,全新親子商品加起來總件數不可超過30件!Parents are allowed to sell a small number of new products. The total number of new parent-child products cannot exceed 30 pieces. 容許家長賣少量全新或二手難以界定是否為親子的商品(如:露營桌,寵物用品,行李箱,布料,保溫杯....),此類商品加起來總件數不可超過10件!Parents are allowed to sell a small amount of new or second-hand products that are difficult to determine whether they are parent-child (such as: camping tables, pet supplies, luggage, fabrics, thermos cups...), and the total number of such products cannot exceed 10. 全新親子商品加起來總件數不可超過30件。並且,少量二手難以界定是否為親子的商品加起來總件數不可超過10件 ,並且上列物品整體陳列面積不得超過20%的比例。The total number of new parent-child products cannot exceed 30 pieces. 〔1〕線上報名,將會依報名資料篩選後再抽籤出攤主,並以mail及粉專通知攤主名單
〔2〕無提供桌椅,請自備行動衣架、招牌、展示箱或地墊等設備
〔3〕收到入選通知後,請依通知函內提供之匯款帳號繳交攤位費,如逾時名額將轉讓給
候補攤主
〔4〕簽到時間為市集開始前1小時(10:30-11:30),請於市集營業前佈置好攤位
〔5〕攤位位置於市集當天由攤主報到時自行抽籤,請勿自行私下更換
〔6〕若攤主不克參加,請按請假辦法申請,逾期恕不退還攤位金
〔7〕若有交易糾紛,請自行解決
〔8〕活動期間請勿遲到,若物品賣完需早退,請先跟市集單位確定好攤位場地無損毀
〔9〕請保持現場公物及場地的完整與乾淨,帶走自己的物品及廢棄物
〔10〕請自備袋子及零錢供找零用
〔11〕場地有廁所
〔12〕主辦單位有保留隨時修正、暫停或終止本活動之權利
黑名單條款:違反下面幾條規定,我們將直接請您離開

Notice
1.Online registration will be followed by a random selection process based on registration details. The list of selected vendors will be announced via email and fan page.
2.No tables or chairs will be provided. Please bring your own hangers, signboards, display boxes, floor mats, and other necessary equipment.
3.Booth fee payment must be made according to the account details in the selection notice. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the spot being offered to a waiting vendor.

4.Sign-in time is from 10:30 to 11:30, one hour before the market opens. Please set up your booth before the market starts.
5.Booth locations will be drawn during sign-in. Please do not change booths privately.
6.If you cannot attend, please follow the leave policy. No refunds for late cancellations.
7.Transaction disputes must be resolved independently.

8.Check-in before setting up. If leaving early, clean up and have your spot inspected by staff.
9.Maintain cleanliness of the venue and take all personal items and waste with you.
10.Bring your own bags and change for transactions.
11.Restrooms are available on-site.
12.The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time.
