Scuba Skills Renew Course

Prerequisites

Minimum age: 10 years old.

Holders of Scuba Certification or Open Water Diver or above / or divers who have completed all pool/calm water training dives but are not yet certified.

Course Schedule

Half Day Class - Scuba Skills Refresher & FUNDIVE

Snorkeling skills review, scuba gear assembly and disassembly and cleaning, controlled descent, secondary head retrieval and recovery, mask drainage, neutral buoyancy review. Controlled ascent, swimming in the water, equipment handling skills, introduction to the marine environment, underwater equipment de-attachment, entry method review. Diving knowledge theory review and advanced education.

Full Day Class - Scuba Skills Review & FUNDIVE

Snorkeling skills review, scuba equipment assembly and disassembly and cleaning, controlled dive, secondary head retrieval and recovery, mirror drainage, neutral buoyancy review. Controlled ascent, swimming in the water, equipment operation skills, introduction to the marine environment, underwater equipment de-attachment, review of the method of entering the water, operation of computerized watches, operation of the SMB buoyancy bag. Diving knowledge theory review and advanced education.

If you are unable to attend the course for any reason, please inform us 7 days in advance for a full refund.

There is no minimum number of hours recommended for the Scuba Technique Refresher Course. This course is a refresher course with two cylinders and the refresher time is about 3~4 hours.

If you want to join the individual class and choose the scuba refresher course that suits your needs, you can coordinate with your dive center instructor to join the course.

Atoll Dive Center reserves the right to change the course schedule if necessary.

Course Fee-Half Day Class (NT$3,500)-2 dives

Course Fee-Full Day Class (NT$5,000)-3 dives

The course fee includes instructor's fee, light weight equipment fee, 2 cylinders (half day course) or 3 cylinders (full day course), and the cost of going to and from the center where the course is held.

We have dive lodges, as long as you have a diver's license (not limited to level), the nightly fee is only NT$800 per person.

The fee does not include transportation to the center, lodging, meals, and marine activity insurance.

According to the latest regulations on recreational activities in the water, participants are required to take out comprehensive insurance for marine activities (at their own expense, single person can take out online insurance, more than 2 people must register and take out insurance 5 days in advance).
