2022 WNC S2 Winter Events Snack Selection.

相關注意事項如下說明/Note：

1. 發放時間：11/16(三)-11/17(四) 17：00-20：00 止。
   Time：November 16th(Wed.) and November 17th(Thu.) 17:00-20:00 p.m.
   
2. 發放地點：4F_員工餐廳。
   Location：4F_canteen.

3. 每位同仁僅能選擇一天領取，若報名資料填寫有誤/逾期填寫問券，一律由主辦單位安排餐盒。請於現場後補，因限量供應50份，如不足，將不予補發。請確實填單以維護領取餐盒順利。
   Each employee can only chooseone date to get the meal. If there is any abnormal situation, such as employeeswho fill in the form wrong. It will be regarded as on-site supplement, and only50 limited quantity. Please fill in the form actively to ensure that you canreceive it.

4. 11/7(一)~11/14(一)期間報到新進同仁由主辦單位安排餐盒。

   Those who on board between November 7th and November 14th will be arranged according to the EmployeeWelfare Committee.

5. 11/4(五)14：00登記截止後，恕不接受更改，重覆登記者以最終登記為主，選擇前請謹慎考慮。
   To avoid repeatedvoting and to ensure fair polling, employees who repeated registration, thelatest registration will be final result. Please consider clearly beforecasting your votes.

6. 同仁日期選定後，請於發放當日排隊領取，並配合現場工作人員管制。

   After confirm the date, please line up for taking the food on the day, and be cooperative.
