Dr. John Lyftogt |
Background and Training Dr. Lyftogt was born in the Netherlands and graduated from Leiden University Medical Faculty in 1973. In 1975 he emigrated to New Zealand and established a Family Medicine practice in Christchurch. He developed an interest in Sports Medicine and chronic injuries and undertook post graduate training in Musculoskeletal Medicine. In 2003 he was trained in Prolotherapy in Adelaide, Australia by Dr. Margaret Taylor. In order to try to reduce the pain associated with this treatment, he developed a new type of Prolotherapy, which he named Neural Prolotherapy (NPT) but is also known as Perineural Injection Treatment (PIT).He discovered that subcutaneous injections of an isotonic glucose solution were effective in treating painful conditions. He next set about trying to understand why this was, and after reviewing the literature extensively, he developed several hypotheses which he continues to revisit and fine tune. Dr. Lyftogt has published seven papers in the Australasian Journal of Musculoskeletal Medicine and is co-author of 4 further articles, the most recent of which was published in 2018. Upon realising that the most effective way of spreading this treatment was teaching, this became his new focus.Early in 2014 he retired from clinical work and is now teaching Perineural Injection Treatment around the world: the USA, Central and South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Dr. Lyftogt has now taught over 3,000 doctors from about 30 countries. Dr. Lyftogt continues to develop new treatment protocols for a variety of painful conditions and he is currently developing a text book and atlas. He lives near Christchurch, New Zealand, with his wife Maria and continues to be active in the outdoors thanks to Lyftogt Perineural Injection Treatment. |

2. 於Beclasss報名系統填寫報名資料後，學會依報名順序傳送繳費通知，請於收到通知3日內繳費以完成報名，於最後期限內未完成繳費者將取消報名資格，由學會依報名順序遞補。
3. Beclass報名系統可查詢是否報名成功。
4. 退費約定：
* 本會非因不可抗拒之天災人禍而無法開課，則該堂課之報名費全額退費。
* 因報名者個人因素無法參加者，請提早以e-mail通知本會退費(無法於日後補課)。
* 收到個人因素退費申請時，若有學員遞補就可全額退費(需扣除處理費300元)，但遞補順序
將由報名登記時為準。
* 距開課日前３０日取消者酌收處理費３００元；
開課前２１～３０日前取消報名者退９０％（需扣手續費）；
開課前４～２０日取消報名者退７０％（需扣手續費）；
