■ 相關注意事項如下說明/Note：

1. 每日發放時間：17：00-20：00 止。
   Time：Daily at 17:00-20:00 pm.
   
   
2. 發放地點：B1F_員工餐廳。
   Location：S1_B1F canteen.
   
   
3. 每位同仁僅能選擇一項餐點，若有異常選擇/ 逾期填寫問券 / 0928之後的新進同仁一律發放餐盒(不指定)。
   Each employee can only choose one kind of meal. If there is any abnormal situation, employees who fill in the form after September 25th or employees on board after September 28th will receive a Snack selected by the Employee Welfare Committee.
   
   
4. 2020/9/25(五)13：00登記截止後，恕不接受更改，重覆登記者以最終登記為主，選擇前請謹慎考慮。
   To avoid repeated voting and to ensure fair polling, employees who repeated registration, the last registration will be final result. Please consider clearly before casting your votes.
   
   
5. 同仁日期選定後，請於發放當日排隊領取，並配合現場工作人員管制。
   After confirm the date, please line up for taking the food on the day, and be cooperative.
   
   
6. 發放當日，領取餐盒後請儘速食用，避免影響口感。
   Please eat as soon as possible after receiving the food.
