「何謂冬茶特色？」、「冬茶與春茶在滋味和香氣上的差異？」、「不同山頭氣有不同嗎？」
讓我們帶著您一同探訪不同山頭、各異工藝茶農所製的高山冬茶，進入高山烏龍的神秘世界，
感受完不同山頭風味後，再以凍頂、包種兩支茶品帶出發酵度、焙火等工藝，品茗不同面貌烏龍香氣。

2021 Winter Oolongs
Winter oolongs are in! Wistaria Tea House welcomes you to join us for a tasting of this season’s freshest teas from Ali Mountain, Li Mountain, Dong Ding Mountain, and Guan Wu Mountain. Come discover the delicate flavors in “green oolong”, or lightly oxidized oolongs. Contrast it with the slightly more oxidized and roasted Dong Ding, and finally, appreciate the “eagle talons” of a lively winter Baozhong.
What are some particular features of winter tea, and how are they different from a spring harvest? Can we really taste and differentiate the specific fragrances particular to each tea region? Along with introducing oolongs from different terroirs and different craftsmanship choices, we will also offer a brief overview of oolong, and what kind of processing differentiates it from other types of tea.
Every tea tasting includes an “easter egg”: a delightful surprise that you will find out at the tasting.

Tea tasting using Taiwanese double-cup method

Number of attendees: 5 minimum || Event fee: 1000 NT or the use of one quintuple stimulus voucher equivalent to 1000 NT.

An email notification will be sent 3 days prior to the event to confirm the class, please show us this email upon arrival.
In order to provide you with a quality experience, the tea tasting will be held with a minimum of 5 attendees and a maximum of 14 attendees.
The organizer reserves the right to change the time of event in case of emergency or natural disaster.
Please follow protocols for epidemic prevention as prescribed by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Masks and hand sanitation are required. Those who fail to comply may not participate in the event.
