【凝神印心】 沈武銘風爐瀹茶茶席 // Shen, Wu-Ming Tea Ceremony

  「如何成就一杯好茶？」所有愛茶人都想向高手一問。昔日日本茶聖千利休有云：「風爐燒水，專心泡茶」，今人沈武銘老師茶道首重心法，茶器以風爐為礎石也是同樣道理。

  風爐可比茶席，燒紅的炭如飲者，徐徐溫暖的灰似茶人，心手相印，才能茶禪一味，共同成就一杯圓滿茶。
  紫藤廬自始崇尚茶道由內在心氣神出發，以茶修身，結合道家思維與東方美學，平淡中顯無限內藴，樸拙中見真摯自然，達天人合一的無我之境，與沈武銘多有靈犀；紫藤廬至今使用的泉水，也是由其所發現；甚至其33歲踏上習茶之路，與紫藤廬茶館開幕時間亦近，兩者可謂一路相知相隨，共同彰顯茶文化中的人文精神。此般深厚的淵源與默契，正是此次舉辦【凝神印心：沈武銘風爐收藏展】的契機，並透過茶席引領民眾深入體會，從茶湯之美觀照己心，妙盡幽微。

Shen,Wu-Ming Brazier Tea Ceremony

  About 30 years ago, Wistaria Tea Housestarted to develop new Chado (Way of Tea), by connecting oriental aestheticsand Taoism. Is was also the moment when Mr. Shen began to practice tea ceremonyand fell in love with braziers.

  The use of brazier for tea ceremony coulddate back to Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD). The Brazier, or in Japanese – Furo, isconstructed to contain the charcoal fire over which the kettle of water isplaced. A bed of ashes laid inside the brazier, keeping the charcoal burningproperly, is incarnated as the core of Mr. Shen's Chado. Pursuing the spirit oftea for more than 30 years, Mr. Shen is now eager to share his unique teaculture and experiences with friends of Wistaria Tea House.

  How to make a cup of good tea using thesebraziers? What is the forgotten history of this elegant tea utensil? From 25February to 19 March, Mr. Shen is going to practice 5 tea ceremonies. Welcometo take a closer look at his 30-year collection of braziers and enjoy the teaceremony!

ps. We suggest that all attendees bringyour own favorite tea to the tea ceremony. Mr. Shen will brew these teas toshow the difference between the ones you make by yourselves and the one hemakes.
