114學年寒假春節住宿申請注意事項

住宿日期，期間須自我管理，請無法提供維修。
Residing date on the table, the dorm office can not provide repairing service during these days.
填妥後，擬簽送學務處同意後，統一保管。
After you fulfill this application form. It
will be checked by Student Affair and managed by dorm office.
如有偶發緊急事件，請聯絡執勤教官，聯絡電話：05-271-7373。

PS.如有在寒假住宿申請表填過春節住宿可以不用重複填寫.
